The Coletrain Station–an inspiring concept by Coletrain Music Academy–redefines the boundaries of creativity and community. By day, it’s a vibrant hub: a music school nurturing budding talent, a dance studio fostering movement and expression, and an art gallery showcasing local and regional artistry. By night, it transforms into an intimate venue for special events, connecting people through unforgettable experiences.

The Coletrain Station expands its offerings with professional-grade recording spaces for musicians and podcasters, empowering storytellers and creators to bring their visions to life. With artist accommodations that double as short-term rentals and spaces for artist residencies, it not only supports creative endeavors but also generates sustainable revenue.

At its core, The Coletrain Station aims to serve more students, ignite economic growth in our rural community, and attract work and tourism opportunities. By day, it offers music and dance lessons for students as young as 3, workshops and masterclasses featuring renowned teachers and musicians, and inspiring art exhibits showcasing local and touring talent. Think poetry readings, masterclasses, live audience interviews, retreats, and more.

By night, The Coletrain Station transforms into an intimate venue for concerts, corporate events, and weddings, maximizing its potential to create unforgettable experiences while supporting the arts.

The Station also features a professional recording studio for musicians and podcasters to bring their projects to life, as well as accommodations that serve as short-term rentals and artist residences, fostering collaboration and creativity.

Chaffee County is already celebrated for its vibrant arts scene, live music, and festivals. The Coletrain Station will partner with a local dance studio and instructors to provide dance lessons for ages 3-12 to start.

Workshops & Masterclasses

The Coletrain Station will feature masterclasses and workshops spotlighting teachers and musicians from Colorado and beyond.

Corporate & Wedding Event Space

The Coletrain Station will keep tuition and concerts affordable by maximizing earning potential through event rentals.

Music & Podcast Recordings

The Coletrain Station recording studio will be built out for both musicians and podcasters.

Located in Buena Vista Colorado, South Main is unique in the fact that it is nestled in a small town but has dining, entertainment, and lodging options that you would find in a larger city. South Main is an idyllic and beautiful community that supports the fine arts, fosters culture, and encourages inclusivity.
